- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing OR GNM (General Nurse & Midwifery) Diploma
- Be a registered nurse in India
- Work Experience is a benefit but not mandatory
- Be willing to learn German and live in Germany for at least 2 years
- Be under the age of 40.

Minimum Salary of 2,500 euro (2.1 lakh INR) per month and up to 3,000 euro (2.5 lakh INR) in many cases
